The outdoor heated swimming pool was spectacular with comfortable sun loungers and beautiful garden area. Our room was equipped with exclusive amenities and the restaurant was incredible with special diet menus. The service was exceptional, and the staff always went above and beyond to cater to our needs. The location was perfect, near a lovely park where we enjoyed morning walks.
The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of public bath. However, the private facilities were exclusive and more than made up for it.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, making me feel right at home. The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot, as it's within walking distance to several restaurants and attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, from the lobby to my room. Additionally, the hotel facilities, especially the restaurant, were outstanding, with delicious breakfast included.

The room was spacious and beautiful, complete with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The food offered was also great, with a variety of dishes to choose from. We also loved the key location which made it easy for us to access various attractions in the city.
We encountered various hygiene issues during our stay. The bathroom had hair all over, the glass doors were dirty, and the telephone had food particles on it.

The pool at Marsella 45 was small, but during my stay, I practically had it to myself which was great. The breakfast was delicious and free, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself was gorgeous and the rooms were spacious with a super comfy bed. The onsite restaurant served fantastic food. I had an amazing time and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Located in a nice neighborhood with lovely park nearby for morning walks and with a Miami-style vibe, the small, yet beautiful property offers clean, spacious rooms with comfy beds and a fantastic onsite restaurant. The breakfast is delicious and free, and the staff is accommodating and friendly. The pool is small, but during our stay, we almost had it to ourselves.
The expected peacefulness of the property was disrupted by a loud party at the onsite restaurant that went on until late at night, making it impossible to sleep.
